Toku Nishio
Toku Nishio was born on September 12, 1939 in Gifu, Japan. He was an actor, known for Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no Fusion!! Gokuu to Vegeta (1995), Dragon Ball Z: Doragon bôru zetto (1989) and Dragon Ball GT: Doragon bôru jîtî (1996). He died on July 19, 2005.
