
Jodhan Raj
Raj Jodhan, Full name Rajwant Singh was born on 30th October in Jodhan Ludhiana, is an actor and assistant director. His father was a subedaar in Indian army, now a music teacher and his mother doing theatre from many years. Since his father was in army, he had done his schooling from various places like Halwara, Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), and Kendriya Vidyalaya Ludhiana. After schooling, he did diploma in "Hotel Management" from CHKM, Noida; and later, went to do job training in Howard Plaza, Agra, and further worked as chef in different hotels and restaurants. Since childhood, he had affinity for the world of movies. He would curiously listen to his grandfather's filmy tales, one being his grandfather getting an offer for a movie whose shooting was done near his village, long time ago, but he couldn't go. Listening his grandfather stories, Raj's love for movies grew more stronger, he would bunk classes to watch latest shows, and his desire to go to "City Of Dreams - Mumbai " escalated to heights. But due to prior commitments and responsibilities, he kept himself occupied with other odd jobs. Then, one day, Jassi Sangha came to his village, hunting for an apt location for his next video. Jodhan helped him in searching the perfect spot for shooting, and he got a chance to feature in the video as well, it could be tagged as his first tryst with acting, and this was just a beginning. Then, he went on to do many short films and music videos with her team, and finally shifted to Mumbai. In Mumbai, he worked as assistant director in many serials for leading channels like Life Ok and Star Plus. He is known for movies like "Jamraud (2019)," "Saade Aale (2020)," "Mainu Pyar Kardie Parjaat Kudiye (2020)."
