Alok Pandey born April 30, 1988, was born at a village Dadoun in Shahjahanpur, comes from a family of farmers but started doing theater and got admission to Bhartendu Natya Akademi in 2009 he performed several shows in BNA. After that he got selected in Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute in Kolkata, soon he came to Mumbai where he shared an apartment with his theater friend. He started doing small works in CID for a few months but soon he got a good role with Ravi Khemu's serial - Hamarey Gaon Koi Ayega as a lead role Gulam Nabi, which he was making for Doordarshan. Meanwhile, Alok got a chance to do work with Anurag Kashyap's short film (That Day After Everyday), in which he worked with Radhika Apte then came Samvidhan (TV serial as a Journalist), PK (Reporter). His first noticeable work was with Sooraj Barjatya's Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and thereafter playing MD Dhoni's best friend "Chittu" which changed the game. Since then he has been a part of a number of projects Batla House (Tufail in a negative role as a terrorist), Kkk...Kiran short film in a lead character as a Psycho Killer, His last release was the OTT series Special Ops. Alok is awaiting the release of Seher where he plays Pankaj Kapur's son, Hurdang with Sunny Kaushal and Vijay Verma, and The Rapist with Konkana Sen and Arjun Rampal, Dongri to Dubai with Kay Kay Menon, Yamraj a web series as the lead character.
