Akshat Verma

Akshat is an Indian filmmaker who most recently wrote and directed the feature Kaalakaandi, starring Saif Ali Khan. His previous film, the smash hit Delhi Belly, was produced by Aamir Khan and won multiple awards for its writing. He also wrote the lyrics for several tracks for the soundtrack album. He wrote, directed and produced the short film Mama's Boys, a modern take on the epic Mahabharat.
