Starr Gilliard
Ms. Gilliard has been a SAG member since 1978. She has appeared in numerous projects throughout the years. Starr retired as an elementary school teacher in Sept. 2013 and has performed in short films, web episodes, television and stage performances since then. She has appeared in many shorts including Manipura, The Girl Who Couldn't Get High and The Purpose of Apples that were submitted for short film festivals around the country.

When Stargirl's mother is hired as the costume designer on a movie, they relocate to L.A., where Stargirl quickly becomes involved with an eclectic assortment of characters.
