Catfish Jean is a Haitian-American actor/writer/producer that grew up in the historic Overtown neighborhood of Miami. Graduated with a BFA in acting, He moved to Los Angeles and gained recognition playing Squeeze in the Starz comedy series Survivor Remorse. His other credits include 'Shameless' (2011), 'American Crime Story' (2016), 'The Rookie' (2018), and the feature drama-thriller 'Skin in the Game' (2019). Jean can also be seen in the upcoming, much-anticipated feature film, 'To Leslie'. Jean is working on the project, titled MMG, through his Overtown Films production company, where he's fulfilling his lifelong dream of playing the Pan-African leader, Marcus Mosiah Garvey. Jean is now a series regular on AMC ALLBLK 'Send Help'.
