Bill Millsap is a voiceover director and character actor with a tremendous background in filmmaking. Having spent his early film years behind the lens working in visual effects and sound mixing, in 2005 he leapt at the opportunity to launch a prolific career in voice over. His VO directing credits include the English Dubs of "Odd Taxi", "Tokyo 24th Ward", "The Honor a Magic High" and "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean", along with the Video Game "Arcadegeddon" from Illfonic Games, with more to be released in 2022.
