Neil Burger

Neil Burger is an American film and television director, writer, and producer. Most recently, he wrote and directed Voyagers (2021), starring Colin Farrell, Tye Sheridan, and Lily-Rose Depp. He is also known for The Upside (2017), Divergent (2014), Limitless (2011), and The Illusionist (2006). For television, Burger directed and executive produced the first two episodes of Billions for Showtime starring Paul Giamatti and Damian Lewis. He is currently in pre-production on The Marsh King's Daughter starring Daisy Ridley. A graduate of Yale University with a degree in fine arts, Burger resides in New York City with his family.
