Katy Dore

Katy Dore has been delighting audiences since the age of nine. Since moving from theatre to film she landed the lead roles in several feature length films as well as roles in television. Katy grew up in the small logging town of Quincy, in Northern California. At Stanford University, Katy was on the varsity women's Volleyball and Track teams, served as Senior Class President and worked as a Director for the NCAA Volunteers for Youth. She later earned a Masters Degree at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco. When asked about the business, Katy Dore responded, "I liken acting to playing on a team; you have to give it everything, every time. You need to help your teammates perform at their best and trust that they will do the same for you. It should be like a big family (without all the dysfunctional stuff)." Excelling in both drama and comedy, Katy delivers consistently strong performances.
