Glen was born in London, England to a British mother and American father. Raised in Portland, OR, Glen attended the University of Oregon on a baseball scholarship, and played baseball professionally for three years after his graduation. He began modeling in his twenties, before training as a USAF Military Special Forces Pararescue (PJ). Glen started acting in his thirties, and has continued to do so ever since, in a variety of television, film, commercial, infomercial, and voice roles. He is still recognized as the original 'Bowflex guy' who helped launch the Bowflex trainer worldwide in an infomercial in 1998, and continues to enjoy personal training and fitness on a daily basis. Glen recently moved to Los Angeles, to further his acting career.
