Aseem Hattangady
Aseem Hattangady is an Indian actor who is best known for his performances in acclaimed shows such as Scoop on Netflix directed by Hansal Mehta and Decoupled directed by Hardik Mehta and films such as Govinda Naam Mera. He completed his schooling from Mayo College, Ajmer after which he attended Ramnarain Ruia College, Mumbai, where he completed his Bachelors in Mass Media. After graduation, he decided to pursue his passion for acting and was selected to study at The Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Pune with a specialization in Acting. Starting his screen journey with the film My Friend Pinto. He has been part of numerous films and shows in Hindi, English and Marathi such as Ugly directed by Anurag Kashyap, Rashmi Rocket, Barot House, Bombed, Saturday Sunday just to to name a few. He has been a prolific theatre actor as well. Starting his theatre journey with Nasseruddin Shah in 2009. Since then he has acted in over 25 full length plays to date. He has also a lent his voice to several films / series / animation films as a Voice actor. He is currently(2023) based in Mumbai.

Film is set in one winter night in Delhi where a middle class, Delhi university guy falls in love with a girl anchoring a fashion show. In process of wooing her someone plants a sting operation tape in his pocket. This sting operation has a minister talking of buying and selling MLAs and media heads from his Swiss bank accounts. Unknown to this he is chased by corrupt cops and good guys to get that tape back. Soon he gets to know of tape with him and it's high relevance. How this university student who always talked against corruption like any layman, now gets bribed himself by the big offer thrown by Minster's man constitutes the edge of the seat climax of story.
